Jade Kamala Moon is an observational poet,
reflecting and sometimes refracting what she sees. She writes work suitable for page or stage, for old or young, for misfits and masters of the modern world. A dynamic performer her poetry is metaphysical, confessional, powerful, romantic, sometimes sweet as a flower and sometimes poisonous as cobra. She often uses modern and stimulating language like Jeff Noon and is very inspired by the thoughts of creators such as Rob Brezensky, Herman Hesse, Chris Drury, D.H.Lawrence and John O'Donohue to mention but a few. Her work has been compared to Alice Walker in her ability to switch situations to trick her listeners into hearing her insightful observations.
